10th Gaon Chart Music Awards 2020 sukses digelar pada Rabu (13/01/2021) di CJ E&M Center, Korea Selatan. Ajang penghargaan tahunan ke-10 ini diadakan tanpa ada pertunjukan apa pun untuk meminimalkan risiko potensi penyebaran virus corona.
Gaon Chart Music Awards 2020 (GCMA 2020) diselenggarakan oleh chart rekaman musik nasional Korea Selatan, Gaon Chart. Ajang penghargaan ini memberikan apreasiasi terhadap lagu, album, artis, stylist, koreografer, produser, komposer, dan profesional lainnya di industri musik.
Pemenang penghargaan ini ditentukan berdasarkan grafik Gaon year-end sales tahun sebelumnya. Berbeda dari penghargaan musik lainnya di Korea Selatan, GCMA tidak memberikan penghargaan tertinggi (daesang) dan sistem penghargaan berdasarkan bulan rilis, yang tidak dimiliki oleh penghargaan lain.
