BTS kembali mendominasi ajang Gaon Chart Music Awards ke-11 2022 setelah memborong sejumlah piala, Kamis (27/1) waktu Korea Selatan. Solois IU juga berhasil mendominasi dengan meraih lima piala, termasuk kembali memenangkan kategori Lyricist of the Year.
Pemenang tahun ini merupakan hasil dari penjurian terhadap penampilan para artis selama Desember 2020 hingga November 2021. Selain itu, terdapat nama pemenang dari beberapa kategori lain sesuai dengan bidang keahlian masing-masing.
Gaon Chart Music Awards tahun ini kembali digelar secara langsung di Jamsil Arena, Seoul.
