Academy Awards ke-94 atau Piala Oscar 2022 telah selesai digelar di Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles, AS, Minggu (27/3) waktu setempat. CODA berhasil meraih penghargaan Best Picture di ajang Oscar 2022.
Film CODA juga meraih dua penghargaan lainnya yaitu Best Supporting Actor untuk Troy Kotsur dan Best Adapted Screenplay.
Film Dune berhasil meraih 6 penghargaan, yaitu Best Film Editing, Best Cinematography, Best Original Score, Best Sound, Best Production Design, dan Best Visual Effects.
Sementara itu, Will Smith dinobatkan sebagai Best Actor. Ia diganjar penghargaan tersebut atas penampilannya sebagai Richard Williams, ayah dari petenis Serena dan Venus Williams, dalam film King Richard.
